Payment terms vary by tour and service. Generally, a deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before the start of your tour. For bookings made less than 60 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. Please review all details in your confirmation for accuracy.
All prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed. Even after confirmation, prices may change due to government actions, currency fluctuations, or increases in operating costs.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and travel insurance. We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

All cancellations must be made in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour or service for reasons including insufficient participation or force majeure events. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future tour, but we are not responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred.
